At Northern Ireland Hospice and Children’s Hospice we are there for people when they need us most - but care can’t wait.

Transform Lives. Donate Now.
Our specialist teams provide physical, emotional, and practical support to adults, children, and families living with life-limiting illness. From pain and symptom management to emotional and bereavement support, our care is centred on dignity, comfort, and choice.
These services are not optional extras - they are essential, and they are needed now more than ever.
Our Care Can't Wait!
It costs £19.5 million every year to run both our adult and children’s hospice services across Northern Ireland.
While we receive some statutory funding, the reality is that we must raise the majority of this ourselves. That’s why the support of our local community is so vital.
We rely on the generosity of people, families, businesses, and communities to help us continue delivering care when it’s needed most.
Demand for hospice care continues to grow, and the need is urgent.
Every penny raised for Northern Ireland Hospice stays here in Northern Ireland, directly supporting local people and local families, ensuring care is available close to home.
With your help, we can continue to be there for those who need us - when they need us most.
Because when hospice care is needed, care can’t wait.
