Some of the special ways our Care Team go the extra mile for our patients and families include:
• Hosting afternoon tea for patients and their families.• Providing families with thoughtful memory bags with keepsakes to treasure their time spent at the Hospice.
• Movie nights with families to cherish precious moments.
• Facilitating heartfelt wedding ceremonies at the Hospice, allowing patients to celebrate their love.
These special touches require funding, and the current financial climate threatens our ability to sustain them. We rely heavily on fundraising to continue delivering these meaningful experiences for our patients and families.
