Volunteering at NI Hospice

Our volunteers are at the very heart of our organisation.

Our amazing volunteers help us deliver our services and we couldn’t do it with out their help. If you have some free time to help us, then you’ll be making a huge difference to the lives of local families across Northern Ireland.

Hospice has a wide variety of work throughout the organization and if you are thinking about volunteering then we will have a role that would suit you!

You don’t need specific skills or qualifications – the most important requirements are enthusiasm, a desire to support our work and some free time.  You’ll be joining a dedicated team of people helping to make a difference to the lives

There are lots of ways you can help.

  • Assisting our patients and families.
  • Greeting visitors in our Hospices.
  • Housekeeping in our Children's or Adult Hospice.
  • Helping us with our fundraising events and collections.
  • Volunteering in our offices.
  • Becoming a Hospice Shop volunteer
  • Joining one of community Support Groups

 What we offer you

  • The opportunity to make a real difference for those in your local community.

  • Being part of welcoming team.

  • We’ll match your skills and experience to the best role.
