NI Beef Shorthorn Club Raise £4000 for NI Children's Hospice

The NI Beef Shorthorn Club have raised £4000 for NI Children's Hospice through their calendar fundraising initiative.

The NI Beef Shorthorn Club have raised £4000 for NI Children's Hospice through their calendar fundraising initiative.

Despite COVID-19 restrictions affecting many fundraising activities, NI Beef Shorthorn Club have taken a different approach to their fundraising efforts through the production of a fully illustrated calendar.

The calendar featured Beef Shorthorn cattle who had entered an online show held in Autumn 2020, which attracted over 100 entries.

Tommy Staunton, of SCL Sales Ltd, sponsored the cost of publication for the calendar, and Agriimages sponsored the design and additional print copies due to overwhelming demand.

The support of these sponsors enabled the full amount of monies raised from the calendar sales to be donated to NI Children's Hospice.

Many thanks to NI Beef Shorthorn Club and their kind sponsors who made this innovative calendar fundraising initiative possible.
