Jingle 5k/10k - Your Way

Join us virtually for our Jingle 5K/10K Challenge on Sunday 6th December 2020!

With our annual Jingle 5k and 10k event postponed, we know that there will be disappointment from those who take part in our favourite festive fundraiser each year. That’s why we’re asking our supporters to join with us virtually, and take part in our first-ever Virtual Jingle 5k/10k - Your Way! on Sunday 6th December 2020 or a day that suits.

Whether you take part on your own, with your household or with your four-legged friends, it’s your walk/jog/run/cycle, your way! Plan your route and set off, in support of our children and their families.

Coronavirus has changed everything for our children and their families. Caring for a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening illness means that shielding is actually a common thing for our families to do throughout the winter months, but as a result of lockdown, they have found themselves shielding at a time of year when they would normally be enjoying the finer weather; instead isolated from their support system, families and friends, they are more vulnerable than ever before. The services that Children’s Hospice provide are an essential lifeline to those families, now more than ever.

This is where you come in; by walking/cycling/running with us and fundraising you can help us continue to care for those most in need during this national pandemic.

  • If you raise £50 or more we’ll send you a medal in the post to say a huge thank you for your support!
  • If you raise £100 or more we’ll send you an eco-friendly water bottle too!
  • Everyone who signs up to take part and raises funds will be entered into a competition to win one of fifty, 2020 Jingle Shirts, kindly donated by O'Neills
