This September, we're calling on coffee (or tea) lovers, schools, businesses and organisations across Northern Ireland to help us raise much-needed funds by hosting a Big Coffee Break for Hospice!
Host your Big Coffee Break with family, have an afternoon tea party with your friends, or turn that coffee break at work into a fun-filled fundraising event! Whatever way you plan on hosting your coffee morning, your fundraising will help provide specialist palliative care to local people in your community.
A Coffee Break with a Difference
We can help you with FREE coffee and everything you’ll need to make it easy! It doesn’t matter if it’s big or small, every single donation makes a difference. By turning your morning or afternoon coffee break into a fundraiser, you’ll be helping to raise vital funds for local people with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses.
Here's how your donations can make a real difference:
- £37 could pay for an hour of specialist community services
- £140 could pay for a morning/afternoon of specialist community services
- £280 could pay for a day of specialist community services
- £590 could pay of specialist hospice care in the Children's Hospice
How do I get involved?
Taking part is easy! Simply sign up through the registration form below and we’ll provide you with a free supply of Hospice Blend Coffee, supplied in kind by Bailies Coffee, and a fun-filled fundraising pack with top tips on how to host your Big Coffee Break.
All you will need to do is brew the coffee, invite some friends and collect a donation for every cup poured. We suggest that you collect a small donation of £2 for every cuppa poured. Or you could alternatively charge an entry fee, charge per coffee and cake, or simply ask for donations.
We kindly ask that each Big Coffee Break host aims to raise £140 which is the amount need to help fund a morning/ afternoon of specialist community services.
