How we can help you
Our mission is to ensure that all those who need our care have access to it, where and when they need it and whatever the patient’s circumstances, age, disease or culture. By making a donation to Northern Ireland Hospice, whether large or small, you’ll be making sure people living with a terminal illness get the care and support they and their families need to make the most of the precious time they have together.
We need your support this summer to buy urgent needed specialist medical equipment for our patients. Please, can you help?
Whether you’re into sports, travelling, exploring or simply socialising with your friends and family, Northern Ireland Hospice has the perfect charity event to suit all ages and abilities. In this section you can check out our calendar of fundraising events, organise your own event, access support from our fundraising team, and download resources to help ensure that everything goes smoothly.
At Northern Ireland Hospice, we rely on the support and expertise of companies and their employees to help fund our vital service. Whether through developing new life-saving products or empowering staff to fundraise, our innovative partnerships make a real difference to the lives of local people living with life-limiting illnesses.
At Northern Ireland Hospice, we endeavour to raise awareness of our services through the media. In our aim to do so, we encourage patients, carers and family members who have availed of hospice services to share their story and experience of Northern Ireland with us. Your story can encourage and inspire people to donate or fundraise for us and can provide comfort and reassurance to those who are facing a similar illness that they're not alone.
With over 28 shops located across Northern Ireland, our shops are a vital source of income helping to support local people living with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. In this section you'll find information on how to donate to our shops, a map of our current shop locations and available volunteer opportunities.
Last year, we cared for over 3,500 babies, children and adults with life limiting conditions, both in our hospices and in the community. But we couldn't have done that without the support of you, the public.
There are lots of ways that you can support Northern Ireland Hospice, from making a monthly or single donation, taking part in one of our events, organising your own event, donating your unwanted clothes to one of our shops or sharing your story with us.
Whatever you choose to do, you’ll be helping us ensure everyone receives the best care and support at the end of their life.
