Research Impact: Maximising Knowledge Transfer and Exchange

Location: Education, Innovation and Research Centre, Northern Ireland Hospice | Date: 01 March 2018 | Time: 9.30

This workshop will help you learn how to design and develop a dissemination plan from the outset of your palliative care research project using a peer reviewed Evidence-based Model for the Transfer and Exchange of Research Knowledge (EMTReK).

A workshop for palliative care practitioners and researchers

Despite increasing levels of palliative care research, achieving impact by influencing practice and policy remains challenging. A well thought out dissemination plan is critical for effective knowledge transfer and exchange not only with other researchers but also within practice and policy contexts. This workshop, aimed at palliative and health care researchers, will help you learn how to design and develop a dissemination plan from the outset of your palliative care research project using a peer reviewed Evidence-based Model for the Transfer and Exchange of Research Knowledge (EMTReK).

The workshop is free to attend.
