Family Run Farm – Corries Butchers – has announced the date for their annual `Fun on the Farm` family day which will see the farm transform into a myriad of fun and entertainment on Saturday August, 19 in support of their Charity of the Year partner, Northern Ireland Hospice.
The event, which takes place from 11-5pm, will feature vintage tractor runs, bouncy castles, petting farms, face painting, and a craft fair. There will also be a show from the Belfast Circus school, with Q Radio DJ, Stephen Clements, playing some tunes for everyone to join in on the fun.
Will Corrie, Managing Director at Corries Butchers, commented; “I am delighted to confirm that we will be hosting this event for another year and hope that we can top the epic success of last year. We were overwhelmed by the generosity of those who attended in 2016 which served as a great inspiration to run the event to raise much neeed funds for NI Hospice”.
Noreen Kennedy, Community Fundraising Manager at Northern Ireland Hospice added: “We are so excited to be involved in this fun event and are looking forward to working with the Corrie family. We truly appreciate the support we receive from local communities across Northern Ireland. It is only through the generosity from these communities that we are able to provide our services”.
Entry for the event will be priced at £5pp for adult, with kids going free. There is also a £3.50 all day bouncy castle pass available upon request.
