One hour. One gift. One incredible impact.
We are inviting organisations across Northern Ireland to join the Every Hour Counts campaign in support of the Northern Ireland Hospice and Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.
By donating just one hour of their pay, employees can help ensure that babies, children, and adults living with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions receive the compassionate, specialist care they deserve.
This simple act, when multiplied across a workforce, creates powerful and lasting impact.
Why your support matters!
Every year, thousands of families across Northern Ireland rely on Hospice services for comfort, dignity, and expert care during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
The Northern Ireland Hospice and Children’s Hospice provides specialist palliative nursing, family support, community outreach, respite care, and bereavement services. However, with increasing demand and rising service delivery costs, community support is vital to ensure these essential services can continue.
Your organisation can play a key role in helping us sustain and grow this care for the families who need it most.
How it works?
To take part, employees simply complete the Every Hour Counts JustGiving checkout by entering the value of their final hour of pay and making a one-off donation.
It’s an easy way to turn one hour of work into essential care and comfort for families who need Hospice support.
Calculate your final hour of pay
Employees simply work out the value of the last hour they are paid -whether by checking their payslip or using their hourly rate as a guide. This small amount can make a life-changing difference.
Make your donation
Once they know their hourly value, employees type this figure into the donation box on our secure JustGiving form, choosing whether to make their gift anonymously or leave a message of support.
See the impact of one hour
That single hour of pay helps the Hospice deliver compassionate care, emotional support, and comfort to babies, children, and adults across Northern Ireland who need it most.
